Forgot to get something out for dinner?   Need a quick dinner after a busy day?

I love this recipe for just those reasons.

Quick and Easy Chili – A fast meal for a busy day. – Ground Beef, Gralic (minced), Petite Diced Tomato with Sweet Onion, Petite Diced Tomato with Green Chili, Ketchup, Pinto Beans (rinsed and drained), Black Beans (rinsed and drained), Kidney Beans (rinsed and drained), Cumin, Salt, Chili Powder (or to taste the men in my house like their chili mild), Black Pepper, Sugar, In a large pot lightly brown and drain (if necessary) ground beef. If your beef is low in fat like mine (I used local grass fed beef) add a bit of olive oil in the pot before browning the meat.; Add remaining ingredients. ; Simmer for 30 minutes and then serve ; –
